100% Moscato d'Asti. The grapes are picked by hand the end of December or January. The grapes go throung a full maturation and wither in the vineyard.

L' AMNI' comes from Piedmont dialect meaning: "THE FUTURE".

Ageing: 
6 month in steal container and 8/10 months in oak barrels 

Colour: 
Deep yellow with golden glints 

Nose: 
Aromatic with hints of flowers and dried fruit

Taste: 
Elegant, concentrated, full bodied 

Serving Temperature: 
6-8°C.

Food Paring: 
Dried fruits, strong and seasoned cheese, fois gras and dessert

Alcohol: 
15% vol.
