Variety:
Selection of aromatic Italian grape with a percentage of Freisa and brachetto grapes.
Vinemaking:
The must is in contact with the skins for about 10/12 days at 28/30°C. The wine is then placed into pressure tanks with selected yeasts for 60 days at a 18°C temperature. It is then cooled at -4°C for 8/10 days to stabilize before filtering and bottling
Tasting note:
Clear red colour and fine lingering perlage. Aromatic with sweet flavour of raspberry, strawberry, honey and ripe fruit
Food Piring:
Perfect as dessert wine, It matches with fruit cakes. Nice to enjoy between meals.
