Floreo

Floreo derives from an accurate  selection of Sicilian local species of vines, Insolia and Moscato di Noto. Its colour is straw-yellow clear and brilliant. Floreo is an ethereal wine and emits fruit flavour that is fresh, elegant, delicate, articulated and with a persistent intensity. It results elegant, involving and delicate to the taste and expresses a sensation that reminds fresh fruit, apple and peach. It shows itself young, well balanced and harmonic.

Harvest of the grapes by hand and hand selection of grapes, gentle pressing, natural fermentation with cryomaceration, soft pressure (0.8 bar) at controlled temperature, aging in steel and glass

13,5 % vol.

White meat dishes, fish dishes, crustaceans and cheese

Serve:
The optimum temperature for this wine is 8-10°C, the most appropriate glass is the tulip glass
