Terms & Conditions For Purchase

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the site. By using the site or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them. 

Ordering / ​​Registration 

• Under law, alcoholic beverages can only be sold or supplied to persons aged 18 years of age or over. By placing an order, the buyer confirms they are at least 18 years of age. If buying wine as a gift, the recipient must also be at least 18 years of age.                                                                             
• All prices quoted are in Hong Kong Dollars on the vinovino.hk website. The Company shall make every effort to ensure that prices, details of products on this website are up to date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

​​Registration 

• You are required to register before placing any order through this website. By registering on the website or purchasing through it you are automatically agreeing to the T&C's.
• You must provide us with accurate, complete and up to date registration information. If wines are sent to an old or incorrect address, any extra freight charges that are incurred with recovery of the wine will be the responsibility of the member.
• You will be notified by email each time your card is about to be debited prior to shipment.
• We reserve the right to alter these terms as we see fit or as law dictates by changing the details on this page.

Payment & Security :

We use PayPal for all payment processing services and it is they who provide the secure credit card handling facilities on their site. No credit card details are asked for, accessed or retained by Winerack or any affiliated or associated company. It is your responsibility to protect your password from being disclosed to any third party.

FAQ - What if I do not have a PayPal account?

• A PayPal account is NOT required! - You can use a credit card in the normal way.

Cash Transfers / COD

• We prefer payment by PayPal. Theres no extra charge and you can pay more easy.
• If you still want to pay COD please check with us beforehand, there is a $100 processing fee and minimum order of 12 bottles required.
• If in doubt please contact us at 2173 5122 (Mon-Fri, 10am-5pm) to arrange a COD before placing an order.
