Delivery & Returns


Delivery service is available for local address in Hong Kong only, except for the restricted area and the Outlying Islands (including Lantau Island (except Tung Chung), Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Po Toi, Ma Wan & Discovery Bay) in Hong Kong.

  • FREE delivery (single location only) for purchases over HK$2,000, if orders below HK$2,000, a delivery charge of HK$100 shall apply.
  • Delivery Fee is calculated based on the order amount (Nett).             
  • Next day delivery for orders received on Monday to Saturday between 10:00am and 6:00pm. For orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be delivered the day following the next working day. The delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday between 10:00am and 7:00pm (Except Public Holidays)
  • Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
  • We reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify VinoVino's immediately of any change to their delivery address. 
  • According to Full Implementation of the Plastic Shopping Bag Charging (PSB Charging) by Environmental Protection Department effective from 1 Apr 2015, if customer requests to include any Vinovino's Wine shopping bag in the delivery, the charge is HK$1.00 each. 
  • We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.



In order to provide you with the best possible online shopping experience, we offer return or refund of faulty or damaged item. Please kindly do the followings:

  • Please kindly note it is the receiver's responsibility to check the condition of any goods received at the time of delivery.
  • In the event that you would like to claim a refund or return, you must notify us by email within 7 days of accepting delivery of the item. We will not process claims for goods received as faulty or damaged items after this period of time or without following the return instruction indicated in the reply email after your email notification.
  • Refund is only available when valid original receipt is provided and refund guarantee will only be applicable on goods below $900 (per bottle) wine or less than 10 years old.
  • Refund will be credited into Customer's credit card account within 4 weeks upon confirmation.
  • We do not provide return and refund service except for faulty and damaged items. In the event of any failure to return any goods to us, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
